action

Tony Lant is a well known rifleman in Arizona. When his son dies in an accident, he leaves his wife and becomes a priest and runs an orphanage as Father Lanthony. Under this lies a pot of gold, the booty of a robbery. Two rival gangs are after this gold; the people of Ramon Orea turn off the priest and blast their way to the gold, with the orphans dying.

The faithful servant Goliath frees Father Tony from the well into which he was drained; Tony sets out to track down the bad guys. Thanks to their generous payment with parts of the booty, he quickly finds her trail, can overwhelm her and hand it over to the sheriff, who is on the road with a lot of people. After Carol dies too, Father Tony will continue his priesthood on an Indian reservation.

criticism
