Ilinka Mitreva ( Macedonian Илинка Митрева ; born February 11, 1950 in Skopje ) is a North Macedonian politician .

Ilinka Mitreva studied philology and worked at the University of Skopje from 1974 (most recently as professor of Romance studies). She belongs to the social democratic party SDSM . In 1994 she was elected to parliament for the first time . In May 2001 she became foreign minister and held this post until August 2006 , after a break from November 2001 to November 2002 by Slobodan Čašule .
