Ljubomir Frčkoski ( Macedonian Љубомир Фрчкоски; born December 12, 1957 in Skopje ) is a Macedonian legal scholar and politician.

He studied law at the University of Skopje and received his doctorate in 1989 from the University of Ljubljana . He is Professor of International Law and International Relations at the University of Skopje.

Frčkoski is a member of the Socijaldemokratski Sojuz na Makedonija . From 1992 to 1996 he was Minister of the Interior of Macedonia, then Minister of Foreign Affairs until 1997.

As a presidential candidate, he was defeated by his conservative rival Gegenorge Ivanov in April 2009 ; With around 19% he was the second-placed candidate in the first ballot and received around 37% of the votes in the runoff election on April 5, 2009.
