Ilja Keizer (born Laman; born February 26, 1944 in IJmuiden ) is a former Dutch middle-distance runner .

Over 800 m she was second at the European Athletics Cup in 1965 in Kassel and seventh at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest in 1966 . At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, she reached the semifinals.

In 1969 she was fifth over 1500 m and eighth over 800 m at the European Championships in Athens . In 1970 she was fourth over 800 m at the European Indoor Athletics Championships in Vienna and won bronze at the Cross of Nations .

At the 1972 Olympic Games, she came sixth over 1500 m .

She was Dutch champion in the 800 m four times (1965, 1968, 1970, 1972), twice in the 1500 m (1970, 1972) and once in the cross country race (1966). In 1973 she won the national title over 1500 m indoors.
