The Ilomska ( Serbian - Cyrillic Иломска ) is the largest right tributary of the Ugar in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina . It rises on the northern slope of the barren, up to 1943  m high Vlašić Mountains north of Travnik and flows into the Ugar at Vitovlje . The source of the Ilomska is 1530  m above sea level. It flows between the mountains Žežnička Greda (altitude 1,477 m) and Javorak (1,499 m) and has a curved course around the Lišina (1,494 m) and the Runjavica (1,316 m), where it flows through coniferous forests and mixed beech forests . The largest tributaries to the right of the Ilomska are the Manatovac , Mala Ilomska and Devetero vrela, and the Crna rijeka to the left .
