Band members

The Rechtsrock -Band Indexed was founded in December 2001 in Burgdorf. Your singer Dominic Lüthard from Roggwil, called "Gixu", is the brother of the former PNOS section chairman in Bern. In April 2006 Dominic Lüthard ran for the Bern Grand Council together with the Langenthal PNOS City Councilor Tobias Hirschi . The other band members Alexander and Cédric Rohrbach from Burgdorf and the bassist Benjamin Lingg are also assigned to the right-wing extremist scene.

Publications and Indexes

The first CD "Federal Resistance" published at the end of 2004 was checked by the Service for Analysis and Prevention of Switzerland (DAP) and found not to be punishable by law. The Bern canton police also called the lyrics "in the gray area" but not punishable. The album was checked in October 2005 by the German Federal Testing Agency for Media Harmful to Young People. She came to the conclusion that songs and texts were linked to the National Socialist racial doctrine and called for the fight against "racial mixing". Other ethnic groups, nations or religious groups would be degraded. The inflammatory tendency goes beyond mere rejection. The authority also writes: "The song lyrics reflect the racial doctrine that was represented during National Socialism." Because of the indexing (BAnz. No. 206 of October 29, 2005 A), the band is no longer allowed to advertise their CD in Germany or sell it in the country via the Internet.

At the beginning of 2006, the four "right-wing rockers" released their second album "Marsch auf Bern". Because of the two CDs, a lawsuit was opened against the band, which was discontinued at the end of 2006. The court came to the opinion that the texts were tasteless, but did not violate the anti-racism penal norm. On June 16, 2007, the band released their third album "The Last Bastion", with the record baptism again taking place in Roggwil.

Concerts

The band appears at right-wing rock concerts in Switzerland and neighboring European countries. Their first official concert took place on January 31, 2004 together with the German right-wing rock band Oidoxie in Rohrmoos ( Oberburg ), followed by a concert by the Swiss Hammerskins in Wolhusen, Lucerne on June 26, 2004. For example, they played on an NPD in Bavaria - Election event in front of 200 people or at the Europe-wide right-wing rock festival Fest der Völker on June 11, 2005 in Jena, Thuringia, in front of over 1000 nationalists.

House searches in January 2006

After the band had submitted an application to convert a garage in Langenthal that was used as a rehearsal room into a club location, the Bern canton police carried out a house search at the beginning of January 2006 in connection with objections to the conversion project. Government governor Martin Lerch wanted to clarify whether the activities of the rock group do not violate the existing legal system. Phonograms, pamphlets and leaflets were seized that aroused suspicions of racial discrimination. These proceedings were also discontinued because no violations of the Anti-Racism Act could be found.
