Ines-Jacqueline Werkner (* 1965 ) is a German social scientist .

Life

Werkner studied social sciences (diploma) from 1990 to 1995 at the Humboldt University in Berlin . In 2000, she was a political science doctoral thesis at the Free University of Berlin to Dr. rer. pole. PhD. 2007 habilitation they are in the subject Political Science . Since 2007 she has been a private lecturer at the Otto Suhr Institute for Political Science .

In 2008/09 she was Research Director at the European University Center for Peace Studies in Stadtschlaining (Austria). In 2009/10 she represented the professorship for international politics and society at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel .
