Ines Coppoolse
Goverdina Christina "Ines" Coppoolse (born May 21, 1962 in Westzaan , now Zaanstad ) is a Dutch diplomat . She has been the Dutch ambassador in Stockholm since 2015 .
Life
Ines Coppoolse studied international relations at the Universiteit van Amsterdam . She graduated in 1992.
Diplomatic career
In the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs it was between 1992 and 2001. held various positions, both in The Hague and in London , including the Department of the sub-Saharan Africa , the consular and the Asylum Department. From 2001 to 2004 she was head of the personnel recruitment department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , and from 2005 to 2009 she was deputy permanent representative of the Netherlands at the United Nations in Vienna . Back in The Hague, she was Deputy Head of the Asia and Oceania Department from 2009 to 2012 and Head of Human Resources from 2012 to 2015.
She had her first appointment as ambassador as the successor to Philip de Heer as the Dutch ambassador to Sweden . It was accredited on September 3, 2015.
