Ines Jesse

Ines Jesse (born April 25, 1971 in Rostock ) is a German legal scholar , political officer and politician ( SPD ). Since 2019 she has been State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the State of Brandenburg .

Life

After graduating from high school with vocational training as a skilled worker for plant production (1991), Jesse began studying law at the University of Rostock , which she completed in 1996 with the “First State Examination” . This was followed by positions as an employee in the legal and contract management department of Landgesellschaft Mecklenburg-Vorpommern mbH in Leezen (1996), legal assistant in the legal department of BVVG mbH in Rostock (1996–1998), as well as legal clerkship with the qualification "Second State Examination" ( 1998-2000). In 2001, the legal scholar completed an additional degree in economics for lawyers at the Hagen Distance Learning University and business law at the Tax and Business Academy in Berlin.

On November 20, 2019 Ines Jesse was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the State of Brandenburg to Minister Britta Ernst in the Woidke III cabinet .

Private

Jesse lives in Falkensee and is the mother of one child.
