Ingrid Bergner

Ingrid Bergner (born April 19, 1970 in Munich ) is a German lawyer . She is a judge at the Federal Social Court .

Live and act

Bergner studied law at the University of Munich , where she passed her first state examination. In 1996, after completing her legal clerkship, she passed her second state examination and then on July 1, 1996 she joined the Bavarian State Ministry for Labor and Social Affairs, Family and Women . In 2004 she took up a position as a judge at the Augsburg Social Court in a chamber for accident insurance and severely handicapped law . In 2006 she moved to a chamber for health and pension insurance law at the Munich Social Court . From 2008 Bergner was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court as a research assistant to Ferdinand Kirchhof . In July 2010, Bergner became a judge at the Bavarian State Social Court, initially in the 15th Senate, from 2011 in the 1st and 13th Senate and as a presidential judge . In March 2015 she was elected judge at the Federal Social Court and was appointed on June 28, 2016 with effect from July 1, 2016. There she was assigned to the 13th Senate responsible for pension insurance.
