The Inja ( Russian Иня ) is a left tributary of the Charysch in the Russian Altai region .

The Inja rises on the northern slope of Tigirek-comb in the northwestern Altai Mountains on the Kazakh border. The Inja initially flows west through the mountains. Later she turns north. It passes the town of Tschineta and flows into the Tscharysch, which flows westward, 11 kilometers above the confluence of the Belaya, which flows further west . The Inja has a length of 110 km. It drains an area of ​​1480 km². The Inja is a white water river with rapids of difficulty III. There are rafting offered on the river tours.
