Industrial inspection

Industrial inspection covers all activities that are performed on industrial facilities by independent inspection firms. There are different categories of these types of inspections. One of these is supplier monitoring, which is carried out in the manufacturing plant and during which some inspections and tests take place and the systems are certified. The second is the site visit or field visit that takes place at the construction site of an industrial plant, such as the construction of a chemical factory or refinery. The inspection company does the whole inspection to certify correct installations. The third relates to the inspection that is carried out inside industrial facilities, such as refineries, chemical plants, gas works, etc., to periodically check the facility. In this case, the inspections are carried out for the purpose of plant integrity and safe operation.
