The Mokpo International Football Center is a football stadium in the South Korean city of Mokpo , Jeollanam-do Province . The soccer center consists of several soccer fields. The groundbreaking ceremony was held in March 2007 and the football center was opened in August 2009. The stadium has since been used as the home ground of the Mokpo City FC franchise .
