One part of the calyx is two-lobed, the other part three-lobed. The crown is colored orange-red and has thick tomentose hairs. It usually becomes about 3 cm long, but can also be longer. The stamens and the stylus are about the same length and just protrude just above the crown. The stamens are hairy, the stigma has two lobes shaped like a head.
