The Mount Iriga located in the province of Camarines Sur , the peninsula Bicol , on the island of Luzon in the Philippines .
It is a 1143 m high stratovolcano , which is currently not considered active. Its base diameter is given as ten kilometers. The rock is called porphyritic augite - andesite . The three lakes Buhi , Bato and Baao are grouped around the Iriga .
Two eruptions have been recorded, in 1628 and January 4, 1642, and the volcano has been dormant since then .
