review

The review by Allmusic , who gave the album four out of five stars, stated: Eddie Harris is making a radical turn towards electronic R&B on this popping, enterprising LP with grooves, humorous one-off sketches and other eclectic work. Driven by a standard drum kit and flashy-sounding electric bongos, you will find some of Harris' most irresistible grooves (“Funkaroma”, “Look Ahere”).
