Isabella Schmid (born March 6, 1993 in Wangen im Allgäu ) is a German soccer player .
Career
societies
Schmid began her career at the age of four at SV Karsee , moving to TSV Tettnang in 2005, where she was used in the B-Juniors until summer 2009 and (with special approval from the DFB) in the women in the regional league . In 2009 she signed the Bundesliga club SC Freiburg. On September 20, 2009 (1st matchday) she made her debut - as the youngest player in the Bundesliga squad of SC Freiburg - in the Bundesliga in the 0-1 defeat in the home game against FF USV Jena . Her Bundesliga premiere season, in which she was used 17 times, ended with relegation to the 2nd Bundesliga South. In September 2012 she turned her back on Germany and joined the Women Soccer Team Seminoles at Florida State University .
National team
On August 13, 2007 Schmid made his debut in the U-15 national team , which defeated Denmark 3-0 in Holzwickede. Four days later she scored her first international goal in Hamm in a 9-0 win over Russia, with the opening goal to make it 1-0 in the 17th minute .
On October 30, 2007 she played for the first time in the U-16 national team which won 7-0 over France's selection in Wiesloch.
On September 4, 2009, she made her debut in the U-17 national team in a 0-0 draw against Iceland. Two days later, she scored her first goal in this national team in a 10-0 victory over the selection of Israel with the goal to make it 2-0.
On March 31, 2011, she made her debut in the U-19 national team , which scored a 1-1 draw against the hosts in Llanelli / Wales. From May 30 to June 11, 2011, she took part with the team at the U-19 European Championship in Italy, scored her first three goals for this national team against the Norwegian selection (on May 30; in a 3-1 victory ( 1 goal) in the first group game and on June 11; in an 8-1 win (2 goals) in the final ). In 2012, Schmidt was part of the extended squad of the German national team for the U-20 Women's World Cup in Japan in 2012 .

In the summer of 2012 she began studying psychology at Florida State University in Tallahassee , Florida .
