Isabella Antonie Eleonore Natalie Klementine von Croÿ (* October 7, 1890 in L'Hermitage, Bayreuth , Kingdom of Bavaria ; † March 30, 1982 in Leutstetten Castle , Starnberg , Bavaria ) was a Princess of Croÿ by birth and a Princess of Bavaria and a member of the House of Wittelsbach by marrying Prince Franz of Bavaria , a son of the last Bavarian King Ludwig III.

Isabella was born the second child of Karl Alfred, Duke of Croÿ , and his wife, Princess Ludmilla von Arenberg , daughter of Engelbert-August von Arenberg .

Princess Isabella married Prince Franz of Bavaria , third son of King Ludwig III of Bavaria and his wife Maria Theresia of Austria-Este , on July 8, 1912 at Weilburg Castle near Vienna . Isabella and Franz had two sons and four daughters:

  • Ludwig Prince of Bavaria (1913–2008), married Princess Irmingard of Bavaria (1923–2010)
  • Maria Elisabeth Princess of Bavaria (1914–2011), married Prince Pedro Henrique von Orléans-Braganza (1909–1981)
  • Adelgunde Maria Princess of Bavaria (1917–2004), married Zdenko Baron von Hoenning-O'Caroll (1906–1996)
  • Eleonore Marie Princess of Bavaria (1918–2009), married Count Konstantin von Waldburg-Zeil (1909–1972)
  • Dorothea Princess of Bavaria (1920–2015), married Gottfried of Austria-Tuscany (1902–1984)
  • Rasso Prince of Bavaria (1926–2011), married Theresa of Austria-Tuscany (* 1931)
