Isidore Fernandes
Isidore Fernandes (born January 2, 1947 in Kalathur , Tamil Nadu , India ) is Bishop Emeritus of Allahabad .
Life
Isidore Fernandes received on 28 October 1972, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On May 5, 1988, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Allahabad. The Archbishop of Agra , Cecil DeSa , donated him episcopal ordination on August 4th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Varanasi , Patrick Paul D'Souza , and the Bishop Emeritus of Allahabad, Baptist Mudartha .
On January 31, 2013, Isidore Fernandes resigned as Bishop of Allahabad.
