Life
Isidoro Bianchi was born the son of Bernardino Bianchi and his wife Fiorbellina Ferrari in Campione d'Italia, which at that time was under the rule of the Sant'Ambrogio monastery in Milan . All that is known about his early years is that he visited Prague in 1605 .

In 1631 he was awarded the title of court painter by Viktor Amadeus I of Savoy , and in 1634 he was knighted.
From 1639 Bianchi finally settled in Campione and from then on carried out numerous painting works in Lombardy .
