The Islotes Sigrid ( Spanish ) are a group of two small islands in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . They are located off the east side of Lecointe Island . Specifically, these are the Guesalaga Island and Isla Viola .
Scientists of the 1st Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1946–1947) named this group of islands. The further naming background has not been passed down.
