Ispas ( Ukrainian Іспас ; Russian Испас ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Chernivtsi with about 3000 inhabitants (2006).
The village is located at 325 m altitude on the right bank of the Cheremosh and on the territorial road T – 26–01 on the border with Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast 9 km northeast of Vyshnytsia district center and 62 km west of Chernivtsi oblast center .
Ispas is the administrative center of the district council of the same name in the north of Vyshnytsia district , to which the village of Majdan ( Майдан ) also belongs.
