Ivan Pereira
Ivan Pereira (born June 1, 1964 in Vasai , India ) is an Indian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Jammu-Srinagar .
Life
Ivan Pereira received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Jammu-Srinagar on May 15, 1993 .
On December 3, 2014, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Jammu-Srinagar. The Apostolic Nuncio in India, Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio , donated him episcopal ordination on February 21 of the following year . Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Delhi , Anil Joseph Thomas Couto , and the Bishop of Vasai , Felix Anthony Machado .
