Felix Anthony Machado
Felix Anthony Machado (born June 6, 1948 in Remedy ) is an Indian clergyman and Roman Catholic Archbishop ad personam of Vasai .
Life
Felix Anthony Machado was ordained a priest on October 30, 1976 . He was incardinated on May 22, 1998 in the clergy of the Vasai diocese .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on January 16, 2008 Archbishop ad personam of Nashik . The Archbishop of Bombay , Oswald Cardinal Gracias , donated him episcopal ordination on March 8 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Valerian D'Souza , Bishop of Poona , and Thomas Bhalerao SJ , Former Bishop of Nashik. On November 10, 2009, he was appointed Archbishop ad personam of Vasai.
On July 8, 2020, Pope Francis appointed him a member of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue .
