During her tennis career, she won a WTA tournament in doubles. Her greatest success was reaching the double finals of the French Open 1980, which she lost at the side of Adriana Villagrán against Kathy Jordan / Anne Smith with 1: 6 and 0: 6.
From 1978 and 1984 she played for the Argentine Fed Cup team . She won half of her 20 games.
