The Iveco Massif was an off-road vehicle from the commercial vehicle manufacturer Iveco , a subsidiary of the Fiat group.
The Massif was the successor to the Santana PS-10 , a Land Rover Defender produced under license by Santana Motor in Spain , for which Iveco had already supplied the engines and drive trains. The body shape of the Massif was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro .
The Massif was offered with two 3-liter engines, which were also available in the Iveco Daily , a naturally aspirated engine with 110 kW (150 hp) and a turbo engine with 129 kW (175 hp). The turbocharger had adjustable turbine guide vanes . Both engines met the Euro IV emissions standard. The vehicle was only available with a manual transmission and selectable all-wheel drive. A limited slip differential for the rear axle was also available.
There was the Massif with a closed three- or five-door body, as a pickup and as a "chassis cab", as well as with various bodies for the military, rescue services, etc.
Production ended in 2011.
