Iven Fietje Ferch (born September 18, 1997 in Mühldorf am Inn ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Ferch began his career at the age of nine in his hometown with TSV Mühldorf . With the club he was three times German youth champion. In 2014 he moved to VC Olympia Berlin . He played with the youth team in the first Bundesliga in the 2014/15 season . In the following season he appeared with the VCO in the second Bundesliga north . In 2016, the middle blocker switched to Bundesliga club Netzhoppers Königs Wusterhausen . With the club from Brandenburg he reached the semifinals of the DVV Cup and the playoff quarterfinals of the Bundesliga in the 2016/17 season . At the beginning of the 2017/18 season, he suffered severe cartilage damage in his knee and was therefore out for a long time. In 2019 Ferch switched back to TSV Mühldorf, with whom he was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga South in 2020. Then Max Hauser brought him to the Ammersee, where he went online with Bundesliga club TSV Herrsching .

Private

Iven Ferch has two brothers. He last played together with his older brother Hauke ​​Ferch in the 2019/20 season at TSV Mühldorf.
