Jörg von Liebenfelß , actually Georg Felicetti von Liebenfelß , (born February 17, 1930 in Graz , Austria ) is an Austrian actor and author . He later wrote himself Liebenfels and Liebenfelss .

Life

Liebenfelß came as the son of the art historian Prof. Dr. Walter Felicetti-Liebenfels was born in Graz. He is the great-grandson of the historian Moritz Felicetti von Liebenfelss . After graduating from the Humanist Gymnasium in Graz, an apprenticeship as a sculptor followed, which he quickly gave up in favor of training at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna .

He developed an interest in art and literature very early on. He got engagements at numerous leading German theaters, including in Hamburg, Berlin, Vienna, Göttingen, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart. To this day he is active as an actor and author. In 1964 and 1966 he undertook East Asia and world tours with the Goethe Institute. Numerous TV roles and film works followed, including with Rainer Werner Fassbinder ( Wildwechsel ) and Maria Schell ( Game of Losers ).

Liebenfelß is the author of 20 radio plays, youth novels, science fiction stories, theater plays and film treatments , including The Man Who Sued Adolf Hitler , Ricochet and The Gifted Bride .

He has had his permanent residence in Germany since 1970. He is married and has a daughter.
