history

Before the First World War , Le Thillot's Jewish community consisted of 25 families. By 1939 their number had decreased to seven families. The synagogue of Le Thillot existed until 1933 and the Jewish community of Le Thillot buried their dead in the Jewish cemetery of Remiremont .
