The Jewish cemetery Esch was a Jewish cemetery in Esch , a district of Waldems in the Rheingau-Taunus district in Hesse . It is located south of the village near the L3011 towards Heftrich .

history

The Esch cemetery was probably laid out in the 17th or early 18th century. It was used for the dead from Idstein until a separate cemetery was built there. During the Nazi era , the Esch cemetery was completely destroyed and cleared. Today no more grave sites are recognizable.
