Jewish cemetery (Beienheim)

The Jewish cemetery Beienheim is a Jewish cemetery in Beienheim , a district of Reichelsheim (Wetterau) in the Wetterau district in Hesse .

There are 17 gravestones in the 568 m² cemetery west of the railway line in the direction of the street corner Pfählergasse / Hainpfad (“An der Wüstengasse”) . Several of them are intended for members of the Seligmann family. Gravestone inscriptions commemorate the women Herta Seligmann (1891–1941) and Amalie Seligmann (1854–1940) who perished in the Theresienstadt concentration camp .

The cemetery has existed since the middle of the 19th century.
