Kehl Jewish cemetery
The Kehl Jewish cemetery is a Jewish cemetery in Kehl , a town in the Ortenau district in Baden-Württemberg . The cemetery is a protected cultural monument .
The dead of the Jewish community of Kehl were buried in the Jewish cemetery in Freistett until 1924 . In 1924 a separate cemetery was established as part of the Christian cemetery on Friedrichstrasse. The Jewish cemetery has an area of 6.08 acres and 17 tombstones are still preserved today.
