The Kobersdorf Jewish Cemetery is located in the market town of Kobersdorf in the Oberpullendorf district in Burgenland . The Jewish cemetery is a listed building .

The cemetery was laid out in the 16th century on a slope of the Lampelberg.

Today the cemetery is on the edge of the forest. Around 1200 tombstones have been preserved on 5690 m² .

There is a Genisa grave on the site . This goes back to the discovery of a tombstone fragment. It is Austria's oldest and only one of its kind from before 1945. Only the Genisagrab, built in 1987 at the Vienna Central Cemetery, is known. According to the inscription, 13 Torah scrolls are hidden in the tomb .
