Jürgen Polzin

Jürgen Polzin (* 1949 in Dresden ) is a German actor .

Life

Jürgen Polzin studied at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . Little could be learned about his stage career. From 1987 he repeatedly played the role of Old Shatterhand on the Rathen rock stage . Since 1993 he has made several guest appearances at the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek on Rügen, in 2000 he played Old Shatterhand again , this time at the Waldenburg open-air theater , where he also worked as a director. He also wrote screenplays for Winnetou I and Winnetou II .

Polzin was also in front of the camera until the mid-2000s, for example in the entertainment series Mensch Hermann , after 1990 he was seen as guest in series such as Derrick and Tatort .

Jürgen Polzin made the local headlines repeatedly when he had to answer for insults and coercion before the Dresden District Court in both 2014 and 2015 .
