Jacqueline Marie Zaba Nikiema

Jacqueline Marie Zaba Nikiema (born September 19, 1957 in Ouagadougou ) is a diplomat from the Republic of Burkina Faso .

She is a Knight of the Order of Burkina Faso. She is married and has three children. Ms. Zaba is a managing member of the Association for the Development of the Bazèga Province in Burkina Faso.

Education

Professional background

In 1991 she began her career in the foreign service as head of the United Nations Division , Group of 77 , Non-Aligned Movement in Ouagadougou Burkina Faso . From 1995 and 2001 she headed the Asia and Middle East departments in the Foreign Ministry and was counselor in Bonn and Berlin . From 1991 to 2005 she was with the National Commission for the Francophonie in Burkina Faso. From 2005 to 2008 she was technical advisor to the Deputy Foreign Minister. From 2008 to 2012 she was Special Adviser to the Special Envoy to Ellen Johnson Sirleaf , Commission Chair of the West African Economic Community in Guinea. From 2012 to 2016 she was the special adviser to Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Commission Chair of the West African Economic Community in Guinea .

On December 7th, 2016 she was accredited as Ambassador to Belgium to Philippe (Belgium) . An office to which he is regularly appointed Ambassador to the Court of St James’s , Ambassador to the Belgian, Dutch, Luxembourg and Irish Governments and Representative to the European Commission and Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons .
