Jacques Behnan Hindo

Jacques Behnan Hindo (born August 8, 1941 in İdil , Turkey ) is the Syrian Catholic Archbishop of Hassaké-Nisibi .

Life

Jacques Behnan Hindo received on 4 May 1969, the sacrament of Holy Orders for the Syrian Catholic archeparchy Hassake-Nisibi.

On June 29, 1996, Pope John Paul II appointed him Syrian Catholic Archbishop of Hassaké-Nisibi. The Syrian Catholic Patriarch of Antioch , Ignatius Antoine II. Hayek , donated him episcopal ordination on June 18, 1997 ; Co -consecrators were the Curia Bishop in the Syrian Catholic Patriarchate of Antioch, Gregorios Elias Tabé , and the Syrian Catholic Archbishop of Aleppo, Denys Raboula Antoine Beylouni .

Patriarch Ignatius Joseph III. On October 31, 2019, Younan placed the choir bishop Joseph Chamil at his side as patriarchal administrator.
