history
The place belonged to the manorial rule of the Knights Templar and was under the Commanderie Beauvais-en-Gâtinais since 1262/64, today in the area of the municipality Grez-sur-Loing
From the Revolution to 1841, Jacqueville was an independent parish, which was incorporated into the parish of Amponville on May 12, 1841.
