Jada Bui (born February 8, 2002 in Toronto ) is a Canadian tennis player .

Career

Bui mainly plays on the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has not yet won a tournament.

In 2018 she received a wildcard for qualifying for the Coupe Banque Nationale , but where she failed in the first round to Maria Mateas with 4-6 and 1-6 .

In 2019 she took part in the Pan American Games . In the women's singles she reached the quarter-finals, in the women's doubles she and her partner Alexandra Vagramov were eliminated in the first round.

At the Australian Open 2020 she competed in junior singles and with Mélodie Collard in junior doubles , but failed in both competitions in the first round.

She achieved her best placements in the world rankings at the end of 2018, where she was listed in singles at position 744 and in doubles at 825.

Jada Bui is a member of "Team Canada" for the 2021 Summer Olympics in Japan.
