Career

Jakub Jarosz is the son of three-time vice-European champion Maciej Jarosz , who finished fourth with Poland in 1980 in Moscow . He started his own career in 2001 at Gwardia Wrocław . Two years later he moved to AZS Częstochowa . The universal player became European champion in 2005 with the Polish juniors. From 2006 to 2008 he played for Zaksa Kędzierzyn-Koźle before going to Skra Bełchatów for one season . With Bełchatów he managed the double of championship and cup victory in 2009. In the same year he made his debut in the senior national team , with which he won the 2009 European Championship . Then he returned to Zaksa. In 2011, the club reached the final in the national championship and in the CEV Cup . With Poland Jarosz was third in the world league and at the European championship and second in the World Cup . Then he left the Polish league and went to Italy to Andreoli Latina . In 2012 he won the world league with the national team and played at the Olympic tournament in London .
