It was ridden in the sport by the Swiss world class rider Steve Guerdat and was owned by Yves Piaget .
Sports
With Jalisca Solier, Guerdat managed to return to the top in 2006.
In early 2007 the mare suffered gastric colic and had to undergo emergency surgery . Since she had to take a break for several months, she could not start at the European Championship in Mannheim as planned.
At the 2008 Olympic Games , the mare won team bronze under Guerdat, and the pair finished 9th in the individual.
At the European Championships 2009 in Windsor, where she won team gold, Jalisca Solier contracted a bone splinter in the first round of the final, which is why she was withdrawn from the sport for several months.
At the CHI Geneva in December 2013, Jalisca Solier was retired from sport. She should then be used as a broodmare, but on January 26, 2014 she suffered a fracture in the pasture and had to be put to sleep as a result.
