Jamunovandu Ngatjizeko (usually just called Jamu for short ; born December 28, 1984 in Omaruru , South West Africa ) is a former Namibian soccer player . He was the Namibian national player from 2003 to 2013 .

Ngatjizeko moved in 2002 from first division relegated Hotflames Windhoek to reigning champions Liverpool Okahandja . After a season he left Liverpool again and moved to league rivals Civics FC . In 2007 he went to the African Stars , before Ngatjizeko went to South Africa to Jomo Cosmos a year later . In the 2017/11 season he played again in Namibia, this time with Blue Waters FC and returned to the African Stars at the end of his career in 2011 (until 2015).

successes

With the Civics, Ngatjizeko won the Namibia Premier League in 2005, 2006 and 2007 , and in 2006 the NFA Cup was also won. He was Footballer of the Year in Namibia in 2008 and surprisingly qualified with the national team for the 2008 African Cup in Ghana .
