Jan Burian (born February 11, 1995 ) is a Czech biathlete .

Jan Burian starts for KB Nové Město na Moravě . He made his international debut at the 2013 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Obertilliach . In the individual he reached the 23rd place with three errors and was 66th of the sprint with five shooting errors, which he missed the pursuit race by six places. The 2013 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Forni Avoltri followed . There he came to the side of Jitka Landová , Lea Johanidesová and David Tolar in the mixed relay race as the final runner. Like Tolar still Junior, they could not oppose the Slovak men Matej Kazár and Miroslav Matiaško and lost the fight for third place and came fourth. After the standing attack, he had to run a penalty loop. He then took part in the junior races and finished 13th in the sprint with three errors and eleventh in the pursuit with six errors.
