This was followed by participation in the 2010 European biathlon championships in Otepää , where Landová initially competed in the junior women’s competitions. She finished 21st in the singles, 25th in the sprint and 23rd in the pursuit. For the relay race, the Czech was appointed to the side of Barbora Tomešová , Miroslava Špácová and Lenka Šlechtová to the women, where she was used as the final runner and led her relay to tenth place. The second major event for women was the 2010 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Duszniki-Zdrój . Landová was used in the mixed relay with Lea Johanidesová , Tomáš Holubec and Tomáš Krupčík and came in eleventh place. The first highlight in 2011 was the Junior World Championships in Nové Město, where the Czech finished 30th in the individual, 20th in the sprint, 24th in the pursuit and ninth in the relay. This was followed by the junior races of the European Biathlon Championships 2011 in Ridnaun , where she was 25th of the individual, 23rd of the sprint, 16th of the pursuit and eighth in the mixed relay with Tereza Bílá, Vlastimil Vávra and Michal Krčmář . The third international championship of the year for Landová was the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2011 in Nové Město. She finished eleventh in the sprint and 13th in the pursuit.

Towards the end of the 2011/12 season , Landová contested her first race in the Biathlon World Cup at Holmenkollen in Oslo and was 71st a sprint. A little later she took part in the world championships for the first time in Ruhpolding . In the individual she was 82nd, in the sprint 73rd and with Veronika Vítková , Barbora Tomešová and Veronika Zvařičová tenth with the Czech relay, in which she was used as the final runner. In the late summer of the year the Summer Biathlon World Championships followed again in Ufa , where Landová was tenth in the sprint and ninth in the pursuit. Her greatest success up to that point was achieved alongside Lea Johanidesová, Tomáš Krupčík and Ondřej Exler when she won the bronze medal with the mixed relay behind Russia and Ukraine. Since the Biathlon World Cup 2012/2013 Landová has been regularly participating in the races in the World Cup. Slowly but steadily, she was able to improve her results. At the Biathlon World Championships 2013 in Nové Město she finished 61st in the individual, 47 in the sprint, 42 in the pursuit and with Veronika Vítková, Gabriela Soukalová and Barbora Tomešová ten in the relay race. The results in sprint and pursuit were their best up to then in the World Cup. Towards the end of the season, Landová won World Cup points for the first time in Sochi as 37th of the sprint. At the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2013 in Forni Avoltri , she was the most successful female participant. In the mixed relay race, she initially missed a medal at the side of Lea Johanidesová , David Tolar and Jan Burian in fourth place. In the sprint she only had to admit defeat to local hero Dorothea Wierer . She won the pursuit race and thus became world champion, but benefited from Wierer's decision not to start.

At the gala event of the Czech Biathlon Association in May 2017, Landová announced her resignation from active competitive sport. After studying sports at the University of Brno , she would like to stay in biathlon and pass on her experiences to the next generation as a trainer.
