Lea Johanidesová (born December 21, 1989 in Ústí nad Orlicí ) is a former Czech biathlete .

Lea Johanidesová is a student, comes from Česká Třebová and lives in Jablonec nad Nisou . In 2000 she started biathlon and since 2006 she has been part of the Czech national team. The athlete from the biatlonu OEZ Letohrad club took part in her first international junior competitions in Langdorf as part of the 2006 European Biathlon Championships . She reached 49th place in the individual, 51st place in the sprint and was seventh in the relay race. The following year she took part in Martell in the Junior World Championships, in which she was seventh in the individual, came 26th in the sprint and was 33rd in the pursuit race. Johanidesová ran her second Junior World Championship in 2008 in Ruhpolding . She finished 18th in the individual, 14th in the sprint and 26th in the pursuit. Shortly afterwards she ran her second European Junior Championship in Nové Město na Moravě , in which the Czech was sixth in the individual, 31st of the sprint and 22nd of the pursuit. The last major event of the year was the 2008 Summer Biathlon World Championships for Juniors in Haute-Maurienne . Johanidesová took part in cross-country competitions, finished tenth in the sprint and then improved to fifth in the pursuit race. In 2009 she also took part in the junior competitions of the Summer Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof . In the cross-country competitions she reached the ranks eleven in the sprint and six in the pursuit, from roller skis , the Czech became 15th in the sprint and fifth in the relay race. At the 2009 Summer Biathlon European Championships in Nové Město, she won her only medal at international championships with bronze in the sprint. The next major event was the 2010 Junior World Championships in Torsby . Johanidesová was used in three races and was 37th in the individual, 49th in the sprint and 41st in the pursuit. This was followed by participation in the 2010 European biathlon championships for juniors in Otepää . She was 15th in the singles, 28th in the sprint, 24th in the pursuit and 9th in the mixed relay.

In Obertilliach Johanidesová debuted in 2008 in the IBU Cup . She won first points in 2009 in Nové Město as 39th in a sprint race. In 2010 she achieved her best result so far in this racing series with a 21st place in Martell in an individual. A first use at a major event for women was the mixed race as part of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2010 in Duszniki-Zdrój , in which the Czech as the starting runner of the relay at the side of Jitka Landová , Tomáš Holubec and Tomáš Krupčík eleventh. In 2011 Johanidesová competed in the biathlon world cup for the first time in Oberhof . With Veronika Vítková , Zdeňka Vejnarová and Barbora Tomešová , she was tenth in the relay race. As the final runner, she contributed the best shooting performance to this performance after Vítková. Two days later she ran her first sprint race in which she finished 50th.
