Lenka Šlechtová (born April 4, 1991 ) is a Czech biathlete .

Lenka Šlechtová made her international debut in 2009 as part of the IBU Cup and was 44th in a sprint in Nové Město na Moravě . In the following sprint she won first points in 37th place. This is the Czech's best result in the racing series so far. The first major event was the 2010 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Torsby , where the student from the Jilemnice High School was 14th in the individual, 37th in the sprint, 36th in the pursuit and eighth in the relay. At the junior races of the 2010 European Biathlon Championships in Otepää , the results were 19 in the individual, 41 in the sprint and 35 in the pursuit. For the relay race she was appointed to the side of Barbora Tomešová , Miroslava Špácová and Jitka Landová to the women and came with them on the tenth place. At the Biathlon Junior World Championships 2011 in Nové Město Šlechtová was 45th of the sprint, 50th of the pursuit and 48th of the individual. Later in the year she also took part in Nové Město in the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2011 and was 35th in the sprint. As a lapped runner, she did not finish the pursuit race.
