Jan Klimek

Jan Klimek (born June 12, 1952 in Chełm Śląski , Poland ) is a Polish economist , politician, university lecturer and textbook author.

Life

After completing his apprenticeship as a confectioner, he passed the master's examination and took over the pastry and fine bakery on site after his parents. Since 1985 he has been a member of the guild in Mysłowice and a board member of the Chamber of Crafts in Katowice .

Jan Klimek graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice as a master's from, doctorate to the doctor (Dr. oec.) At the Wrocław University of Economics and a professor at the Warsaw School of Economics . He has written relevant textbooks and specialist books on the hermeneutics of the company, economics, entrepreneurship, economics, business and ethics.

He is a long-time member of the Democratic Party and its chairman between 1998 and 2002. From 1997 to 2007 Klimek was a member of the III. and IV. legislative period for the Sejm . In 2001 he moved from the parliamentary club Unia Wolności to SDL- Unia Pracy .
