Jan Rajnoch (born September 30, 1981 in Frýdlant v Čechách ) is a Czech football player .

Club career

Rajnoch grew up in Liberec , in the early 1990s the family moved to Prague , Rajnoch joined the junior division of AC Sparta Prague . In the great competition of the top club, the defender could not prevail and was loaned to the then second division club FK Mladá Boleslav in 2001/02 . He returned to Sparta, made some games for the B team and moved, again on loan within the 2nd division to SC Xaverov Horní Počernice .

In early 2003, Rajnoch was committed by Bohemians Prague and rose with the team in the first division. Rajnoch was one of the best players on the team and took over the captaincy. After a year he moved to 1. FC Synot during the winter break of 2003/04 . There coach Karel Jarolím turned the defensive player into a defensive midfielder . After two and a half years in Uherské Hradiště Rajnoch went to his ex-club in Mladá Boleslav .

In January 2009 Rajnoch was loaned to Energie Cottbus until the end of the season and returned to Mladá Boleslav in June 2009. On January 31, 2010, Rajnoch moved to MKE Ankaragücü . In the Turkish capital, the Czech signed a three and a half year contract. During the season his club ran into financial difficulties. As a result, one was forced to release several players for the winter break. Rajnoch was among the exempted players. He then moved to Sivasspor within the league . With the end of his contract in the summer of 2013, Sivasspor announced that they would not sign a contract extension with Rajn yet.

On August 5, 2013 Rajnoch signed with the second division Adana Demirspor .

National team

Jan Rajnoch made his debut on August 20, 2008 in London against England in the Czech national team . Coach Petr Rada changed the midfielder in the 75th minute for Radoslav Kováč .

Others

On October 2, 2011, he scored the 3,000th goal of the opponents in his team's league game against Galatasaray Istanbul , through an own goal. However, this hit is not recognized as the 3,000th goal by Galatasaray.
