Janina Uhse (born Janina Jana Christin Uhse in Husum on October 2, 1989 ) is a German actress .

life and career

Janina Uhse comes from a showman family . She grew up in Burg (Dithmarschen) . Uhse gained experience on television as a child. In 1998 she made an appearance in the series Die Kinder vom Alstertal (episode 32 Tobias got it ). In the third season of the children's series Die Pfefferkörner she played the role of Pilar in the 39th episode Diamond Fever . In 2002 she made her film debut on television in Der Rattenkönig . She then starred in an episode of The Rescue Fliers . From 2002 to 2008 she played the role of Melanie Peschke in Der Landarzt .

Uhse became known through the role of Jasmin Nowak (later also Jasmin Flemming and Jasmin Le Roy ) in the RTL series Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten , in which she has been seen since the beginning of 2008. In April 2017, it was announced that Uhse would be leaving the series later this year. Her last day of shooting was on May 12, 2017.

Her project “Janina and Food” has been running since March 2016, in which she presents recipes every week in videos on her own website on Facebook , Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest. For this she was named Influencer of the Year in the food sector by Axel Springer and Place To B , in 2016 and 2019 . On October 25, 2019, she published her own cookbook "Meine Glücklichküche".
