Janine Theisen

Janine Theisen (born March 1980 in Bad Saarow ) is a German actress and stuntwoman .

Life

Janine Theisen grew up in the East Berlin district of Treptow and trained from 1984 to 1989 for the GDR Olympic team in apparatus gymnastics . In 1992 and 1993 she won the title of the German championship.

In 1988 she gained her first acting and dance experience with the youth ensemble at Berlin's Friedrichstadt-Palast .

From 2003 to 2006 she attended the drama school "Der Kreis" (Fritz Kirchhoff School). Various theater and film engagements followed.

Theisen's stage stations were u. a. the Theater im Fischereihafen (Tif) in Bremerhaven , the Rheinsberg Castle Chamber Opera and the Pankow City Theater.

She stood in front of the camera a. for The Superfluous (2007) and in Ken Scott's comedy Big Business . As a stunt woman, she doubled Noomi Rapace in Brian De Palma's film Passion (2012).

Theisen has been a member of the Next Culture artists' association since 2013. a. deals with the Armenian genocide in the staged reading "I am not the murderer".
