The Janja ( Serbian - Cyrillic Јања , also Modran ) is a left tributary of the Drina in the northeast of Bosnia and Herzegovina . It rises in the Majevica Mountains on the northern slope of the Konjic Mountain in the south of the Lopare municipality, east of Tuzla . At first it flows north and from the small town Ugljevik in east direction. After 59 kilometers it flows into the Drina near Janja .
